Additionally, she has served as a project representative, completing and presenting project reports to the Asian Development Bank. Michele has played vital roles in training programs and projects, serving as an anchor person, field monitor, lead examiner, and literacy facilitator. Michele’s educational background includes a degree in Industrial Teacher Education, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Public Administration degree. Her qualifications enhance her capabilities and expertise in various domains. Currently serving as a Senior Project Information Specialist, Michele brings her extensive experience and diverse skill set to the table. Prior to this role, she held positions such as Executive Assistant/Project Information Specialist, Office Manager, Division Coordinator, and Project Development Officer III/Administrative Officer. As a dedicated member of the IPSA Publication Team, Ahmad Nashat Aljabi has tirelessly worked behind the scenes to facilitate the publication of groundbreaking research in police science. Haider’s journey in the world of art and design began at the College of Fine and Applied Art in Khartoum, Sudan, where he pursued a Bachelor of Science degree. His education provided him with a strong foundation in artistic principles and design theory, which he would later apply to his work in the realm of police science and public relations.

For over three decades, Haider Obaid has been an integral part of the Sharjah Police Department’s Public Relation and Moral Guidance team in the United Arab Emirates. His dedication and creativity have been instrumental in developing visually compelling materials and publications that effectively communicate the values, goals, and initiatives of the police department. Through his innovative designs, Haider has helped bridge the gap between law enforcement and the community, fostering trust and understanding.

As a graphic designer for IPSA, Haider brings his wealth of experience to the international stage. His designs for IPSA’s publications, promotional materials, and events have consistently reflected professionalism, clarity, and a commitment to excellence. By visually representing IPSA’s mission and vision, he has played a vital role in expanding the association’s global presence and reach.

Elena holds a master’s degree in music education from California State University, Long Beach, where she refined her instructional leadership and communication skills. She also earned dual Bachelor of Music degrees in Music Education and Saxophone Performance, along with a California Teaching Credential, forming the foundation of her expertise in team leadership, public communication, and community outreach.

Over the past eight years, Elena has served as a Music Director and educator at Don Juan Avila Middle School, where she has designed, led, and promoted large-scale programs, cultivated community partnerships, and successfully coordinated high-visibility events. Her work in developing student-centered initiatives and enhancing institutional reputation has earned her multiple recognition, including the Honorary Teacher Award (2024), Sunshine Award (2022), and the Very Special Person Award (2015).

In addition to her teaching and program leadership roles, Elena has extensive experience as a freelance instructor, coach, and mentor, demonstrating strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills—qualities essential for her role in IPSA’s public relations efforts.

As IPSA Public Relations Officer, Elena supports the organization’s global mission by strengthening outreach strategies, managing communication initiatives, and promoting IPSA’s core programs, including WISPI, the IPSA Leadership Training Center, IJPS, and the International Award for Police Thought. Her professionalism, clarity in communication, and capacity to build meaningful relationships make her an asset to IPSA’s international network.

Ms. Aldosouki holds an LLB from Ain Shams University and advanced postgraduate studies in contracts and international investments from Cairo University. Her career includes Legal leadership roles within major commercial groups, international law firms, semi-government entities, and multinational companies. He has served as Senior Legal Advisor, In-House Counsel, and Head of Contracts & Disputes, providing strategic legal guidance, managing multi-jurisdictional negotiations, and overseeing complex litigation portfolios. Her responsibilities have included drafting and negotiating high-value contracts, advising executives on risk mitigation, establishing internal legal frameworks, and developing organizational compliance systems.

Throughout her career, Inaam has represented clients across diverse sectors—marine transport, manufacturing, real estate, insurance, corporate services, and international trade. He is also an authorized arbitrator with a strong record of resolving commercial disputes through mediation and arbitration, supported by her extensive experience in courts of first instance, appeal, and cassation.

Currently a partner at Lotus Law Firm, he provides strategic legal support to clients in Egypt, the UAE, England, and the United States, specializing in cross-border legal matters, contract development, and dispute management. Her multilingual capabilities (Arabic and English), and long-standing international legal practice allow him to operate effectively across global legal environments.

As IPSA Legal Advisor, Inaam contributes her deep expertise in international legal systems, regulatory frameworks, and institutional compliance to support IPSA’s global mission. Her broad experience in corporate governance, arbitration, and risk management strengthens IPSA’s capacity to provide high-level advisory services to policing and security institutions worldwide.
